Happy To Help

My dog was feeling too lazy to go for a walk today, so I had to go solo for my trip to the dog park today.

I clearly wasn’t the only one with that idea, though, because the park was packed with people enjoying the weather.

One man was sitting on a bench under a tree, and I figured he could use some company.

His name was Anthony, and he had made the trip down from New Jersey for a family reunion.

Anthony was born and raised in Maryland, and a lot of his family still lives there, so he likes to come down a couple of times per month.

He works for a tech consulting company, which he said he’s enjoyed doing for the last year.

Similarly to his job, Anthony likes to spend some of his free time online, and he especially enjoys racing games like Forza.

When he’s not doing that, though, Anthony is often out hunting, fishing, or playing soccer.

What brings him joy?

Being able to help others is what brings him the most joy, and he is glad to be able to do this for a living.

When it comes to his work in IT, Anthony always loves being able to help people who need it.

For those who struggle with technology, Anthony is the man for the job, and he enjoys being able to solve these sorts of problems.

Even outside of work, Anthony likes it when he can offer a helping hand, which I found really admirable.

Coincidentally, he was helping me out with my blog by doing this interview, and I could see the smile on his face while doing it.
